Being sold untested and in as-is condition
There is a partially used pack of film
(long since expired)
loaded in the camera. The battery in the pack was able to put out enough power to light the red light of the strobe but not enough to take a picture. *Therefore,
I do not know whether this camera still functions partially or at all

It was my Father's camera and he rarely used it. It's been sitting in a drawer for many years.
The camera looks to be in decent physically condition although somewhat dusty.
