This is a hardcover book and cards set.
The cards are like NEW.  They don't appear to have been used much at all.  There is one black (personal) card missing.  Nine came with the set, now there is only eight.
The book is super crisp.  The pages do not have dog ears, etc.  There is writing in the back of the book on the note lines provided for personal notes.
If you can forgive those two things, you have a beautiful set.
The box itself shows minor shelf wear.
