Size is large and made by Great Entertainment Merchandise Inc.
in USA. Front is Billy Ray from the waist up and the back are
large red letters of name and all the tour cities. Was never worn
but I did find a very small hole in front as shown in the last two
photos. The close up is with white paper behind it. 100% cotton.

not stretched.
